A Taste of Tradition
It all started with a simple craving for authenticity. At En Chimnies, we wanted to bring something truly special to Ottawa's dessert scene. We specialize in Kürtőskalács—a beloved Hungarian pastry famously known as the Chimney Cake.
Every single day, our journey begins from scratch. We prepare our signature sweet and savory doughs in-house, hand-rolling them with care. The dough is wrapped around traditional wooden cylinders and roasted to a flawless golden-brown perfection.
The result? A satisfying crunch on the outside, a soft, steamy pull on the inside, and a hollow center just waiting to be filled with premium ice cream, rich Nutella, or savory Halal meats.
